Reports are coming in that Shiny Pikachu has started to hit Pokemon GO worldwide. After appearing last week in Japan during the Pikachu Outbreak event, it now appears that people worldwide can encounter the special critter.
They’re really rare to come across and can be identified by being a deeper colour than usual. This colour goes across to evolutions.
You can still catch the Legendary birds (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres and Lugia) in Raid Battles until August 31st. It’s unclear when Mewtwo will be hitting the rest of the world, but surely it won’t be long before he’s available worldwide.
