Nintendo Australia have confirmed that Super Mario Odyssey is the fastest selling Mario game in Australian history. This is a pretty big feat considering the game is on a console that has only been out for just over six months.
Its similar stories around the world with Nintendo Europe and Nintendo America confirming that it’s the fastest selling Mario game in their territories.
It’s unclear what exactly the term means. Whether it’s fastest selling in a 24 hour period or during launch is uncertain.
