Nintendo Trademarked Star Fox, F-Zero, Yoshi’s Island And A Bunch Of Other Games

If the E3 hype train hadn’t already left the station, it most certainly has now.

Nintendo has just trademarked a bunch of key franchises in Japan. Whist we know that trademarks don’t directly relate to game announcements, there’s definitely merit in Nintendo keeping some of these very old franchises alive.

These games include the likes of Star Fox, F-Zero, Yoshi’s Island, Nintendogs, Wii Sports and more.

The list is still being updated as we speak, but you can find all of the franchises below.

  • STAR FOX
  • F-ZERO
  • PIKMIN
  • YOSHI’S ISLAND
  • ART STYLE
  • FLIPNOTE STUDIO
  • SIN & PUNISHMENT
  • THE LEGENDARY STARFY
  • NINTENDOGS
  • LINK’S CROSSBOW TRAINING
  • Wii Fit
  • Wii MUSIC
  • Wii Play
  • Wii Sports
