This is a bit of a wild one, but all signs are pointing to it being true.
An updated version of the infamous Super Smash Bros Ultimate character art (that has been updated every time a character is announced) was posted on Snapchat for one of Bandai Namco’s printers. This was confirmed by his LinkedIN account by the same name.
The poster confirms that Banjo Kazooie, Shadow, The Chorus Kids, Isaac, Ken, Mach Rider and Geno would all be coming to Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
This also makes sense due to the fact that CoroCoro said that there would be 108 stages. We’re currently at 103 stages, so another 5 characters would mean that the total would go to 108 (the two echo fighters wouldn’t count).
Here’s where it gets a little bit crazy. In the background of the photo, you can see promotional material for an upcoming Grinch movie. This would make sense as the same printer is believed to be responsible for WarnerBros printing services and the movie releases right around the time of Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
Banjo Kazooie would be a huge get for Super Smash Bros Ultimate, so here’s hoping this turns out to be true.
