Daylight Savings has officially ended in Victoria/NSW overnight, meaning that our clocks went backwards by an hour. This is obviously a big deal for Animal Crossing: New Horizons were your in-game clock matches the real world.
Most of our devices are set to change automatically, and I can confirm that my Nintendo Switch changed automatically, but my in-game Animal Crossing: New Horizons clock did not. This appears to differ for certain people, with a handful of friends having their in-game clock changing automatically whilst others had not.
This is especially important today (on a Sunday) as it’s turnip day, and you don’t want to miss out because your clock didn’t automatically change.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ANIMAL CROSSING: NEW HORIZONS IN-GAME CLOCK FOR DAYLIGHTS SAVINGS
The good news is that a simple restart of your software appears to quickly change the clock to match your Nintendo Switch system time. There was also another update to Animal Crossing: New Horizons recently, so you might need to install that as well.
