Square Enix has announced a release date for its Final Fantasy-flavoured kart racer, Chocobo GP.
The game will come to Nintendo Switch consoles on March 10, 2022, launching with a story mode, series races, time attack events and custom races as well as offline and online multiplayer including 64-player knockout tournaments.
The publisher also revealed the release of Chocobo GP Lite, a free watered-down version of the game coming at launch that includes the prologue to the game’s story mode as well as offline and online multiplayer with a limited number of available racers.
