Here’s More Than 20 Minutes Of Super Mario Bros. Wonder Gameplay

Looks Wonder-ful!

In case you didn’t get your fill in the blowout Nintendo Direct presentation dedicated to Super Mario Bros. Wonder that dropped last week, Nintendo Treehouse: Live also shared an even more extensive look at gameplay from the upcoming trippy 2D Mario platformer.

Rather than the usual sizzle real of shiny footage from trailers and Direct showcases, it’s a great look at raw gameplay being played right then and there by the Nintendo Treehouse crew, giving us a solid idea of how the game will look and feel in the moment. You can see a fair few different stages and scenarios in the video, as well as a heap of the new power-ups like the Elephant and Drill forms and of course the dazzling new Wonder Effects.

You can watch the Super Mario Bros. Wonder gameplay footage from Nintendo Treehouse: Live below:

Classic Mario gameplay is turned on its head with Wonder Flowers in the Super Mario Bros. Wonder game! These game-changing items can make some wonderfully weird stuff happen. Witness pipes coming alive, wreak havoc as a giant Spike-Ball, and lots more!

Super Mario Bros. Wonder releases on October 20th exclusively for Nintendo Switch. Amazon has pre-orders of the game for $69 with free shipping.
