You can read all about the sale and how to get the biggest discounts here, but we wanted to point out today’s PC game freebies as they’re a trio of certified classics and arguably make up some of the best games in the Fallout series. I’m talking, of course, about Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.
If you missed these back in the late 90s/early 2000s, you’re getting the two sprawling isometric RPGs that birthed the Fallout franchise before Bethesda came in and spun it into a first-person open world RPG series (but yes, New Vegas was very good). Then there’s Fallout Tactics, which gave the games a turn-based squad tactics twist and was brutally difficult back when I was a young’un attempting to play it.
