EA and DICE have given us a further look at what’s in store for Star Wars Battlefront II later this year.
Focusing on player feedback and cinematic storytelling, Star Wars Battlefront II will feature all 3 eras, spanning across all of the films, including new characters like Finn, Captain Phasma and a planet from the upcoming film Star Wars: The Last Jedi!
Gunplay has been completely redone, along with the fact that the game will mark the return of classes and the addition of Battle points, which will allow further interaction and customization within the game’s multiplayer infrastructure. You’ll be able to become additional characters outside of heroes, and a bigger attention to variety has seemingly been a priority within the game’s production.
Doing away with the season pass system of the first game, Battlefront II will feature several free DLC seasons, starting with the first season this holiday, focussing on the newest film.
