UPDATE: It now appears that security group “Ourmine” are responsible for the hacking and have appealed to Sony employees to contact them ASAP
It appears that PlayStation’s official Twitter account has just been hacked with two odd Tweets suggesting that the PlayStation Network Database had been leaked and another leading subscribers to follow a very odd hashtag.
With 15 million followers, this is definitely a big deal. The other likely situation is that somebody from PlayStation’s social ltaem is Tweeting from the wrong account, but these Tweets definitely don’t appear to have come from that situation.
