The A-League Is Getting An Online FIFA Tournament

The FFA has today announced that an online FIFA tournament will be introduced into the A-League next year. Starting on February 1st, the tournament will run for the last nine rounds of the A-League. Each club will play each other once resulting in a tournament-style final event in April.

The way it will work is that each club will have two competitors. The club will get to choose one competitor (presumable an already pro player) and the other will be chosen via a draft (presumably a tournament that will take place online).
