It has been announced that the physical copies for We Happy Few will arrive a week later on Australia. Whilst the digital version will still launch on August 10th (in line with the rest of the world), the physical copies won’t release in Australia until August 17th.
It’s quite likely that this is a result of the game being refused classification initially (before the decision was overturned), caused a delay in printing (or at least ordering the physical copies). Locally, the distributing is being handled by Five Star Games.
An untouched and uncensored version of We Happy Few will now release on August 10th digitally and in retail stores on August 17th for both PS4 and Xbox One.
