Here’s 13 Seconds Of Call Of Duty’s Battle Royale Mode ‘Blackout’

Activision has cheekily shown off the first footage of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4’s Blackout mode.

There’s roughly 13 seconds of footage which shows off some tense team-based action across land, air and water. (the blackout portion starts at 1:25 if the video doesn’t start at that point.

Honestly, there’s obviously not a lot here to see, but I’m genuinely excited for this. I think that Activision will be very clever in how they incorporate this mode and satisfying people looking to fill that battle royale itch, whilst keeping a strong Call of Duty flavour.

Activision also recently confirmed that they’d be holding two betas for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4. One starting this week for regular multiplayer and another exclusively for Blackout in September.
