IO Interactive has announced Hitman III will be releasing early next year for both current and next-gen consoles.
The game is being touted as the “conclusion” to the “world of assassination trilogy” and will follow the same structure (presumably) as Hitman 2.
The developer has even confirmed that Hitman 2 locations and progression will carry into Hitman III if you so wish too which is great.
Only one location has been revealed so far – and it’s the deliciously decadent Dubai, but you can probably expect four or five more to be revealed between now and the launch:
HITMAN III will launch in January 2021. Platforms have yet to be officially determined – but you can probably expect to play it on Playstation 5, Playstation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC when it releases in January.
