Valve’s Gabe Newell has appeared on The Project in New Zealand and spoke about life in lockdown in New Zealand, Half-Life Alyx and emerging tech in the VR space.
About half way through the interview, one of the hosts asked Newell which console is better between the PS5 and Xbox Series X and he replied with “Xbox”.
When asked why, he replied “because it is” then went on to say that “he doesn’t have a stake in this race, but between the two, he would go with an Xbox Series X”.
