Mediatonic has announced that Fall Guys saw 1.5 million new players in the first 24 hours. The game has been a hit ever since the first beta took place some weeks ago, making it to the top of the Twitch viewer charts and instantly topping the Steam charts as soon as it went on sale yesterday.
Both the PlayStation servers and game servers were struggling to keep up with the demand with gamers struggling to download the game, and then struggling to match make with other players, but that seems to have resolved. The game has been an obvious hit as apart of August’s PlayStation Plus lineup.
The Fall Guys team has confirmed that they’re already working on new levels and features, and they’re taking in all feedback in order to release their first patch for the game.
