Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 7: Biohazard has sold over 10 million units across the globe, sharing an image of the infamous table scene art with a message of thanks for players’ support. The game has managed this achievement in less than five years since its release in January 2017, when we gave it a 9/10 in our review and named it one of our games of the year for 2017.
We could not have reached this goal without our awesome fans!

This news comes as the world has just been treated to a brand-new trailer for the upcoming film, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, which loosely follows the plot of the first two games in the series.
