It seems as though PS5 compatible SSDs are really coming down in price quite quickly. Last week we saw the Samsung SSDs drop, and today it’s the WD Black SN850 which was widely regarded as the best PS5 SSD when all the impressions dropped. Mwave has a great deal on both SSDs below.
Amazon also has the SN850 2TB for $399 but shipping seems to be taking roughly a month.
Just as a reminder, the 1TB or 2TB SSD will ADD storage to your PS5, through the use of an empty slot. There’s a lot of misconception that this replaces your internal storage, but it’s in addition to that 825GB.
