SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake, the all-new platformer from Purple Lamp Studios, the team behind the recent remake of Battle for Bikini Bottom, is nearly upon us!
It’s been a long time coming, but we finally have a release date for the game. It’s launching on PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC on January 31st, 2023.
Alongside the release date announcement, publisher THQ Nordic also dropped a new “Pre-Order” trailer, showing off more of the game’s gorgeous cutscenes and honestly excellent-looking platforming gameplay. You’ll also see a few of the great costumes that players can collect along the way, all of which are sure to give longtime series fans a good chuckle – there are even some exclusive costumes for those that pre-order the game.
