PlayStation Plus Deluxe just got another new time-limited game trial, this time for Sony’s blockbuster 2022 exclusive, God of War Ragnarök.

Players on the most expensive PS Plus tier will be able to download the game in full and then play for up to three hours before their trial runs out, at which point they can opt to purchase the game digitally (or go out and pick up a significantly cheaper physical copy) and continue their progress.

While it’s hard to believe anyone who’s interested in Ragnarök hasn’t already given it a go, it’s sold in ridiculous quantities after all, it’s a pretty good addition to the still-slim line up of Game Trials available on the Deluxe tier of PS Plus.

We gave the game a healthy 9.5/10 in our review, saying “God of War Ragnarok is a triumph. Santa Monica Studio has successfully taken everything that was great about the last game and amplified it while correcting just about every problem area and then some. There are slight stumbles, but it’s a constantly surprising, epic adventure that shows genuine growth in its characters, backed up by best-in-class combat and a menagerie of breathtaking scenes.”

You can download the trial from the PlayStation Store on console or queue it up remotely from a web browser right here.
