It’s been long anticipated, but Bandai Namco has finally announced the first major Elden Ring expansion.
It’s called Shadow of the Erdtree, but no other further information has been announced outside of the fact that it’s in development.

The announcement was made in a Tweet, with very little fanfare. The announcement reads:
“Rise, Tarnished, and let us walk a new path together. An upcoming expansion for #ELDENRING Shadow of the Erdtree, is currently in development. We hope you look forward to new adventures in the Lands Between.”
