The Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake Has Been Officially Revealed

Finally!

This morning saw a huge new PlayStation Showcase with over an hour of reveals, updates and gorgeous trailers.

One of the lesser-kept secrets in terms of surprise announcements was the reveal that a Metal Gear Solid 3 remake is indeed happening after what feels like years of rumours.

The trailer was a very fun bait-and-switch moment, and also ended with the reveal of the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection.

Titled Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, it’s coming from Konami and is set to be a full remake of the 2004 original, featuring the same story and world re-realised in cutting-edge visuals and 3D audio. The game will be released on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC at an unannounced date.
