PlayStation’s fresh line-up of PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe catalogue games for August has just gone live, with 16 new titles added to the selection available to subscribers across both tiers now, and one more coming towards the end of the month.
August includes a couple of brand-new launches, with Moving Out 2 and Sea of Stars both entering the PlayStation Plus Extra catalogue on release. Moving Out 2 becomes available alongside the rest of the additions, but those eager to get stuck into Sea of Stars will have to wait until the game’s release date of August 29th before they can play. From the folks behind The Messenger, Sea of Stars promises to be an instant classic with a modern and player-first approach to the nostalgia of classic 16/32-bit era RPGs.
We recently reviewed Moving Out 2 which launches today, saying “Moving Out 2 is an accomplished sequel, building on what made the first game great and really honing in on its presentation and content offering. It’s not a radical departure, and not all of its levels are designed equally, but overall this is another feather in SMG Studio’s cap.”
This month also gives us three new PSP classics for those subscribed to PlayStation Plus Deluxe, in the forms of MediEvil: Resurrection, Ape Escape P and Pursuit Force: Extreme Justice.
