While it had originally stated we’d likely see it drop before the end of the year, Insomniac Games has announced that its highly-anticipated major update for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 containing a New Game Plus option (along with other important features) will now be ready at some point in early 2024.
The studio, which has just reportedly suffered a potentially huge data breach, jump scared a lot of us this morning with the announcement made via a format usually reserved for much worse news.
Insomniac says it needs more time to ensure the update is to its standard, and also revealed it’ll be adding a number of fan-requested features including the ability to replay missions, change the time of day and swap Spidey’s tendril colours as well as the addition of Audio Descriptions.
