This morning saw the premier of the year’s first PlayStation State of Play, which gave us a look at around 40 minutes of reveals and updates on games coming to PlayStation in 2024 and beyond. There were some neat surprises (early leaks be damned) as well as some exciting extended looks and new information on upcoming games.
One of the big updates that folks were hoping to see from this State of Play was a release date for the slick-looking action game, Stellar Blade, and thankfully the presentation delivered.
Along with a new trailer with more detail on the game’s overall plot, setting and characters, as well as some pretty compelling looks at in-game environments, progression and of course a heap of action-packed gameplay, we learned that Stellar Blade is coming to PlayStation 5 on April 26th, 2024.
