It’s finally happened – with the month almost over, PlayStation has slid in at the last second to confirm it’s holding a PlayStation State of Play showcase for May 2024.
The show is happening tomorrow, Friday May 31st for us Aussies (and at a somewhat reasonable time!), and will run for 30 minutes covering 14 PS5 and PS VR2 titles, some of which include PlayStation Studios titles due to launch later this year.
It’s especially exciting news given we know very little about PlayStation’s slate for the rest of 2024, and with rumours of both a new Astro Bot title as well as a LEGO Horizon project swirling, it should hopefully be some very good news. Naturally, no mention has been made of whether or not PlayStation will finally acknowledge the impending PlayStation 5 Pro, but it would be surprising to not have it mentioned at all at this point.
