Summer Game Fest kicked off this morning for its 2024 run, and with it came a massive number of new game announcements, updates on existing and already-announced titles, some big surprises and some confirmations of previously-leaked reveals.
One of those long-awaited updates to a game we’ve been waiting to see more of is Slitterhead, the new horror title from Keiichiro Toyama, creator of the Silent Hill and Siren games. Along with a brand-new gameplay trailer, the game’s release date has also been announced as November 8th for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
The game looks positively bonkers with human and animal possessions, combat against some supremely fucked-up looking monsters and… honestly just watch the trailer below. Be warned, it’s gory.
