EA and Paramount have announced that Battlefield 6 Season 4 will bring Top Gun to the game.
Phase 1 will bring a new map to the game in Tsuru Reef which is the largest map the game has seen yet, whilst Phase 2 will come on August 18th with the Top Gun collaboration and a reimagining of Battlefield classic Wake Island.
As far as the Top Gun content goes, it will include the F-18/Super Horney and F-14 Tom Cat as well as two modes inspired by the franchise’s aerial combat as well as three characters from the series coming to the game voiced by their original performers including: Lt. Bradley “Rooster” Bradshaw (Miles Teller), Lt. Robert “Bob” Floyd (Lewis Pullman), Adm. Solomon “Warlock” Bates (Charles Parnell) and there will also be a bunch of skins and cosmetics inspired by Top Gun in the game as well.
As always, this content will be free to play for those that own Battlefield 6 starting this week before the Top Gun content joins the game next month.
