Xbox + Bethesda Showcase

All The Aussie Times For The Xbox + Bethesda’s Extended Showcase

Xbox is following up what’s arguably been the biggest June gaming showcase event thus far, with the Xbox + Bethesda Showcase Extended on Wednesday June 15th, giving us even more in-depth looks at some of the titles shown off at their showcase on Monday (and hopefully a surprise or two?)

ALL THE AUSTRALIAN TIMES FOR THE XBOX + BETHESDA SHOWCASE EXTENDED

The bad news is that the show is once again taking place at a pretty awful time for most Australians, and this time there’s no public holiday to make it easy to take an extra nap afterwards:

  • AEST (Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane/Canberra) – 03:00am
  • ACST (Adelaide/Darwin) – 02:30am
  • AWST (Perth) – 01:00am

WHERE TO WATCH THE XBOX + BETHESDA SHOWCASE EXTENDED

HOW LONG WILL THE XBOX + BETHESDA SHOWCASE EXTENDED GO FOR?

It’s been confirmed that the running time for the Xbox + Bethesda Showcase Extended is approximately 90 minutes meaning that it’ll end at about 4:30am AEST.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE XBOX + BETHESDA SHOWCASE EXTENDED?

Xbox spent a lot of time revealing new titles and highlighting Xbox Game Pass additions in their first showcase, so we’d expect this one to feature less games overall but more in-depth looks at each. We could also see some gameplay or behind-the-scenes content for games that didn’t get a feature on Monday but that we know are still on the way such as Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II.

Given that Monday’s event was all about the next 12 months of Xbox releases we may also see some content geared more toward the far future. While we doubt the likes of Fable or Perfect Dark could make an appearance, perhaps we’ll see some titles like Avowed, State of Decay 3, or The Outer Worlds 2. On more realistic terms we’d also love to get a better look at some of those newly-announced games like High On Life, Pentiment and Cocoon.
