Forza Motorsport Looks To Be The Most Realistic Racing Sim The Series Has Seen

Turn 10 turns it up to 11

During today’s Xbox & Bethesda Developer Direct, Turn 10 Studios took the time to show fans what they’ve been up to with development of the upcoming racing sim, Forza Motorsport.

We also got an in-depth look at the game’s graphics, audio and gameplay in what looks to be the most realistic racing the team has ever produced with 4K/60FPS visuals fidelity.

The studio says the game contains over 500 cars with more than 800 unique upgrades, driving physics more advanced than the last three games combined, more realistic paint model than ever, per-car damage and dirt accumulation and a whole bunch of other super impressive technical achievements.

All 20 environments in the game have been built from the ground-up for the new generation of consoles as well, with up to 10 times more detail than previous generations, including fully dynamic time of day and weather.

No release date was announced but the game is coming to Xbox Series X|S and PC sometime in 2023.
