Today was the day everybody! The Xbox Reveal event is finally over and here it is, the “Xbox One”
The specs of the console itself are as follows:
- 8 Core CPu
- 8GB system memory
- 500gb HDD
- Blu-ray Drive
- 802.11n wireless with Wi-Fi direct
- HDMI In/Out
- USB 3.0
Controller specs:
- Intergrated Battery Compartment
- Impulse Triggers
- Wi-Fi Direct Radio Stack
- Precision Directional Pad
and last but not least we have some Kinect specs.
- 1080P HD RGB Camera
- 30FPS colour
- Tome of Flight (TOF) Technology
- Microphone arrays
The event did not show us a lot, we did see enough to get a general idea on how the Xbox One should perform, thanks to a quick demonstration on how quick the system can switch from one activity to another. Other then showing of Videos on demand, music and TV capabilities and talk of how much the console is going to change the way we play games. We didn’t actually get to see all that much. With E3 being so close that should be expected
