Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness Just Got A Release Date And A New Trailer

Following a short character trailer last month, Netflix has uploaded a brand new trailer for Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness and revealed the it will be launching on July 8th.

The CG animated Netflix series follows Claire and Leon sometime after the events of Resident Evil 4.

The latest trailer from Netflix shows off a whole lot more than we’ve seen before. There all the hallmarks you’d expect from a Resident Evil series here – a government conspiracy, a tyrant, and two new characters named Shenmei and Jason.

It’s worth clarifying that this is different from the live-action film releasing later this year and the live-action Netflix series releasing sometime in the future.
