PlayStation and Guerrilla Games have found major success with Horizon Zero Dawn in the UK. It has beaten The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild to the top spot.
On the way to doing so, it has become the biggest launch of the year so far, Sony’s biggest launch since Uncharted 4 and the largest launch for a new Sony IP of all time.
Also announced was the fact that 78% of people who purchased Breath of the Wild were on the Switch with 22% being on the Wii U. Zelda: Breath of the Wild sold 75% of all the Nintendo Switch titles. Breath of the Wild is the third best selling Zelda launch game of all time.
