Earlier today, Nintendo announced Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee Editions alongside a 3 minute reveal trailer. The trailer had a lot of information and because the event wasn’t live-streamed, a wealth of information trickled out without much context.
The obvious is that there’s two versions, one for Pikachu and another for Eevee. You’ll be able to choose either as a starter in each game, but encounter rates among other things will change. The game will release on November 16th exclusively for Nintendo Switch and will be quite different from core games that have released on previous consoles.
The game is also aimed at Pokemon GO players, bringing over a lot of familiar gameplay mechanics which you’ll learn about below.
Here’s 19 little tidbits that are worth knowing about and you potentailly missed in the very full three minute reveal trailer.
