According to a Dreams Creator that made a Dream including Mario, Nintendo isn’t too happy with Dream’s creations using its IP.
Creator ‘Piece_of_Craft_ made the creation ‘Rigged Mario for Twitch Streams’ but said that a ‘big video game company’ sent him an email with a takedown request.
It’s been long thought about in terms of how Dreams is able to push the use of IP in its many creations, and up until this point, we haven’t seen any companies file takedowns, but it definitely doesn’t surprise us that Nintendo is the first.
