If you’ve been hesitant to pick up Sonic Frontiers on the Switch because of concerns over how it plays or performs on Nintendo’s ageing handheld, you’ll be happy to hear a free demo for the game has just been made available on the Switch eShop.
The demo, which has been rolling out across multiple regions, is reportedly just under 3GB in size and allows players to try the game for 15 minutes before timing out – a fact that users online have already pointed out means you’re unlikely to make it very far past the tutoralised section of the game and into the open world proper, which is arguably the part of the game that most people would want to try out if they’re on the fence about buying it.
Still, it won’t cost you anything but 15 minutes of your time to give it a go, so add the Sonic Frontiers demo to your Nintendo Switch library right here.
