Nintendo has announced that it’s dropping a brand-new Indie World Showcase, the first of the year, where it’ll present around 20 minutes of “reveals, announcements and updates” on indie games coming for the Nintendo Switch. These events might not be as compelling to some as a full-fledged Nintendo Direct, but they’re definitely the place to be if you’re up for weird, wild and wonderful experiences from some of the world’s most creative and passionate developers.
It’s another early morning/late night one for Aussies, but if you’re keen to catch the Indie World Showcase as it drops, these are the times you need to know:
Nintendo Indie World Showcase – Thursday, April 20th
- 02.00 AM AEST (Melbourne/Sydney/Hobart/Canberra/Brisbane)
- 01.30 AM ACST (Adelaide, Darwin)
- 00.00 AM AWST (Perth)
- 4.00 AM NZDT (Wellington)
If you’re braving these early mornings, the show will be available to watch live here.
