Payday 3 looks to be releasing on September 21st, 2023.
That’s according to serial leaker, Aggiornamenti Lumia, who’s previously revealed accurate release dates for titles like F1 23 and Lords of the Fallen thanks to datamining the Xbox and Windows stores. They made the claim via a tweet that simply says “PAYDAY 3 | Release Date: September 21, 2023.”
There’s a good chance we’ll know whether this date is accurate soon enough, with the impending Summer Game Fest showcase this Friday and plenty of accompanying events from other brands kicking off a busy couple of weeks of announcements and trailers. Payday 3 comes from Starbreeze Studios and publisher, Prime Matter. Much like the entries before it, the third game will be a four-player cooperative heist FPS and continue the story of the Payday Gang in a new setting. A Steam page for the game has also been set up which does confirm a 2023 release date for both PC, and presumably this extends to consoles.
