Janet DeMornay Is A Slumlord (And A Witch) Is Looking Mighty Spooky In This New Gameplay Trailer

Sydney’s incredibly game dev duo of Pete Foley and Scott Ford, known as Fuzzy Ghost, is back at it with a brand-new trailer for the upcoming horror-comedy about a landlord from Hell. Or, wherever they make witches. Because she’s a witch. Probably a witch from Hell.

In case you’ve not caught us gushing over Janet DeMornay Is A Slumlord (And A Witch) before, it’s a first-person escape room-esque puzzle experience where you’re tasked with escaping your queer share house as your landlord, Janet DeMornay (who is a witch, FYI), subjects you to unsettling and otherworldly horrors.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting it all to look this spooky coming from the folks behind the comparatively pleasant Queer Man Peering Into A Rock Pool.jpg (you can read my write-up on that lovely game here), but I’m 1000% here for it. You can check out the new trailer below (complete with the fantastic backing track of “Sun” by Magic City Counterpoint) and wishlist the game now on Steam before it launches for PC and macOS next year:
