Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Is Getting New Skaters Including An Aussie

With the launch of stunningly remastered Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 only months away, Activision has just announced that in addition to the original lineup of legendary pros, a new crop of talent from the modern skateboarding world will be joining the roster.

Fans can choose from Nyjah Huston, Leo Baker, Leticia Bufoni, Aori Nishimura, Lizzie Armanto, Shane O’Neill, Riley Hawk,  Tyshawn Jones, and more in the upcoming game, each equipped with their own signature tricks. Though some of these pros, like Nyjah and Lizzie Armanto have already appeared in previous entries, this will be the first time that they appear in the first two titles, originally released in 1999 and 2000, respectively.

You can check out some of the new pros grinding gaps, carving pools, flipping stair sets and pulling some pretty impressive looking flat land tricks in the announcement trailer below:

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 is power sliding onto PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on September 4, 202o but fans who pre-order digitally will have access to the Warehouse Demo on August 14, ahead of the game’s official launch.
