Dying Light 2

Dying Light 2 Has Been Delayed

It had been a few years since we had seen Dying Light 2, but the marketing efforts had ramped up in the last few months leading up to the December release date. Unfortunately, it has today been delayed until February 4th, 2022.

Techland posted the announcement on Twitter saying that the team is progressing with production and that the game is nearing the finish line, but the team has realised that it will need more work to bring it to the level that they envision, with more time needed to polish and optimise the game.

Techland has said that we’ll get another look at the game next month, with press going hands-on with the game on both PC and consoles, so hopefully we’re included in that to let you know what we think of the game.

The first few months of 2022 are shaping up to be absolutely insane with Pokemon Legends: Arceus, Horizon Forbidden West, Elden Ring, Saints Row and now Dying Light 2 all set to release within a few months of each other.
