Obviously, these are insane numbers for any game, let alone a new IP so it’s an amazing feat from both Guerilla Games and PlayStation.
The news of the milestone arrives alongside a brand new cinematic trailer for Forbidden West that might hold a few hints as to how the team has shaken things up mechanically for the sequel.
Horizon Forbidden West launches on PS4/PS5 on February 18th. The cheapest copy is currently $78 including free shipping on Amazon.
We’re also running a competition where you can win a copy of the now sold-out Collector’s Edition for Horizon Forbidden West. There’s still over a week left before entries close, so click here to enter.
