EA and Respawn have today announced Star Wars Jedi which is coming in 2023 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
The game is set five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order which is interesting given that puts it at the exact same timeline as the Disney+ show Obi-Wan Kenobi. Jedi: Survivor will obviously continue the story of Cal Kestis, but Respawn has said it will expand on the stories, worlds, characters and thrilling combat experienced in the first game.
The premise of the game is: Cal must stay one step ahead of the Empire’s constant pursuit as he begins to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy. Accompanied by his trusty companion BD-1, Cal will meet and ally himself with an array of unique and interesting characters on his journey. Cal must learn new skills and grow his connection with the force.
