Here’s 9 Minutes Of New Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Gameplay Footage

The game was recently delayed.

IGN is featuring Respawn Entertainment’s much-anticipated sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, as its “IGN First” game for February, kicking off with a look at nine gorgeous minutes of gameplay footage.

The video shows protagonist Cal Kestis exploring the planet of Koboh and looking for a way to fix his ship after having crash landed, accompanied by the always adorable BD-1. The gameplay footage gives fans a good look at some of the updated combat, force abilities and enemies to expect in the new game as well as a stark reminder of how beautiful the game is going to look as a current-gen and PC exclusive.

EA and Respawn recently announced that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has been delayed. The game will now release on April 28th for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC after being pushed back from its March 17th release date.

In a statement posted on Twitter, Respawn said that it was in the final stage of development, focusing on bug fixes to enhance performance, stability, polish and the player experience. It went to say that in order to hit the Respawn quality bar, provide the team with the team that it needs and achieve the final level of polish that fans deserve, the six weeks will be crucial in getting the game out.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be out on April 28th for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. The cheapest copy is $79 from Amazon with free delivery.
