The Apple Vision Pro launched a few months ago in Australia, and according to Bloomberg, the company is partnering with Sony to utilise its PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers for gaming.

This makes perfect sense as the Apple Vision Pro is the most advanced AR/VR headset on the market, but when it comes to gaming, there is no way to take advantage of motion controls, without using a regular controller which limits gaming on the device.

According to the report, these will be sold standalone in Apple stores (currently they aren’t sold standalone) and will not only be used for gaming, but to provide more precise controls for the likes of Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop.

This would actually be a really good fit as stylistically, the PlayStation VR2 Sense controllers to fit the design fo the Vision Pro, and PlayStation and Apple have been partnering on a lot of DualSense connectivity for its devices as well.
