LG has announced that the release of the 48″ OLED CX TV has been slightly delayed in Australia. It was originally supposed to release in September, but LG posted on its Facebook page, that due to the current climate, this has been slightly delayed.
Those that signed up over at this page, should hopefully hear something in the next few weeks. We’re hopeful it’ll still release in October.
The 48″ model has been long-awaited due to the fact that it supports NVIDIA G-Sync making it the perfect gaming monitor. It also has HDMI 2.1 ports meaning it will make the perfect tv/monitor for gaming on the PS5/Xbox Series X, with the ability to display 4K imagery at up to 120FPS. The CX range has a super low response time, Dolby Vision and HDR 10. We reviewed the 65″ model which you can find HERE.
