Microsoft look to have made Psychonauts free on Xbox One. You can grab it online HERE or via the store on your Xbox One console.
The reason for it being free is unclear, although it could be the fact that Microsoft now owns Double Fine studio, and have Psychonauts 2 coming out in 2021.
