Forza Motorsport 8 Is Having A Playtest And You Can Register For It

As the development ramps up for the next iteration of the Forza franchise, currently titled just Forza Motorsport, developer Turn 10 has revealed it’ll be turning to their community to extensively playtest part of the new title and ultimately shape the experience.

Although the game has already undergone some internal playtesting between Xbox Game Studios, Turn 10’s Chris Esaki revealed that soon enough members of their Forza panel will soon be able to get their hands on the game. So far, the panel has primarily been utilised for survey and broader discussion but to hear they’ll soon be able to play the game themselves speaks to how valuable community feedback is to Turn 10.

“The new news is today we will soon be able to share to our people in our Forza panel, they will actually be able to get their hands on a part of our new Forza Motorsport game,” said Esaki.

“The only way to get your hands on this part of the new Forza Motorsport title is to be part of that panel,” Esaki stressed, so if you’re looking to sign up for your chance to go hands-on with Forza Motorsport, click here.

Though it’s clearly well into its development, we’re still not sure as to when Forza Motorsport will launch for Xbox Series X/S and PC. It will, however, be arriving day and date on Xbox Game Pass, like all other Microsoft first-party titles.
