Another New Limited Edition Xbox Controller Has Seemingly Leaked

It's giving me the vapours.

The internet’s good friend billbil-kun at Dealabs is at it again with another early reveal of an incoming Xbox Wireless Controller, which was originally revealed to be codenamed “Jemez” but has since been confirmed by the leaker to be the “Stormcloud Vapor” design.

While billbil-kun hasn’t been able to provide any images of the controller, they claim that it’s set to be released on August 8th which isn’t far off at all. The name certainly stirs up images of some of Xbox’s other smokey, shifting controller colourways like the Lunar Shift and Stellar Shift controllers, or even something semi-transparent like the older Phantom designs.

Xbox has been on a controller frenzy of late, having launched at least half a dozen special designs so far this year, including the recent Starfield Limited Edition Xbox Wireless Controller, which is still available to buy.

It’s also been getting into some admittedly strange experiments outside of the realms of retail, like last night’s reveal of a pizza-scented controller to celebrate the upcoming premiere of Paramount Pictures’ Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, which is being given away in a sweepstakes (and open to Aussies!).
