The Next Batch Of Xbox Game Pass Games For September Has Been Revealed

Also known as Starfield month.

Update: Xbox has now revealed the rest of the games coming to Xbox Game Pass in September (and the beginning of October), as well as the next round of games leaving the service which sadly includes the excellent Beacon Pines.

It’s still a small-ish list of new additions this month, but obviously headline by the day one launches of the likes of Starfield and Lies of P. Also rolling into the service from launch is the chaotic-looking Party Animals as well as Payday 3, Cocoon and The Lamplighter’s League – all games you should probably be paying attention to:

XBOX GAME PASS SEPTEMBER 2023

Gris (Cloud, Console, and PC) – Available Now
Gris makes a return to the Game Pass library today! Gris is a hopeful young girl lost in her own world, dealing with a painful experience in her life. Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality.

Starfield (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – Available Today
Starfield is the first new universe in 25 years from Bethesda Game Studios, the award-winning creators of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Fallout 4. In this next generation role-playing game set amongst the stars, create any character you want and explore with unparalleled freedom as you embark on an epic journey to answer humanity’s greatest mystery.

Solar Ash (Cloud, Console, and PC) – Available Now
From the creators of the award-winning Hyper Light Drifter comes the high-speed and gravity-bending world of Solar Ash. Party Animals (Cloud and Console) – September 20

Payday 3 (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – September 21

Cocoon (Console and PC) – September 29

Gotham Knights (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X|S) – October 3
